How do you win this fantastic prize?
Simple, simply send your favourite diving related photo to us and our judges will review all entries submitted and the winner will be notified by email.
Terms and Conditions
1. Entries must be received by Sunday 5th April 2009.
2. The winner will be selected within 5 days of the closing date and will be notified immediately. The winners are required to contact Colona Liveaboards to confirm acceptance of their prize within 3 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, Colona Liveaboards reserves the right to reallocate the prize.
3. By entering the competition, the winners consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by Colona Liveaboards in printed and/or online formats as well as the image submitted.
4. Entries to be submitted by email.
5. The prize consists of a trip for one person (diver or non diver) onboard CO43 onboard MV Colona VI from the 1st to the 6th May 2009 departing and returning from Phuket, Thailand. Diving is only available to certified divers.
6. The prizes are non-transferable.
7. No cash alternative.
8. Open to adults aged 18+.
9. It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. Colona Liveaboards will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Colona Liveaboards reserves the right to offer an alternative trip.
