Wisdom 2 Stuck In Gauge Mode

I put my Wisdom 2 in gauge mode, accidentally a couple of weeks ago. It sat without a battery for almost 2 weeks. When I put the battery back in, it's still on gauge mode. This surprises me because I thought it would default back to air. When I go to "set 1" and hit the select button, it goes back to "set". I never get any options on set1. If I go to set2, or set3, etc., I can scroll through and change options. Can anyone provide any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

It design like that for when people do what you did. Put the battery back in and let it turn off by itself and it should default back to dive mode.
