1 min. on, 1 min. off, two sets of everything, complete in a circuit, doing all of the lower body in a loop, 2 times, then upper body 2 times.

Lower body
cone jumps forward for set one, lateral for set two.
box jumps
jump rope

upper body
box push ups(regular push ups are fine, if boxes not avail.)
3 kilo triceps extension's(throwing a med. ball against wall, over your head is better)
4 kilo chest passes(throw med. ball against wall)

Abs
core bridge
v ups


Have fun, no cheating.
