working out and scuba diving

Hell all,
I am going on vacation next week, but I am in the middle of an intense P90X workout routine. I was wondering if I do 2 tanks am dives on my vacation if I could work out after words that night and not see any effects from diving or should physical activity be avoided during this time period.

DAN can answer this one for you. For me personally - I don't workout/run the day of a dive, before or after. Period.
