Or the dollar store. Get a set of serrated steak knives, cut off the tip, get a mini maglite sheath, and you're done! Or go to TDL or DSS and get a Dalton safety knife for 19 bucks.

Alot of dive knives seem overpriced to me. Ive seen what your looking for at some dive shops though. Thats an item they can wheel and deal on if the shop isnt crowded. Flea markets are another good source.
