Hello just put a rebuild on my 2nd stage and it seems the lever height is very touchy. What I am saying is there is not much adjustment when setting lever height, keep in mind i am not talking about the breathing effort adjustment knob, I am talking about setting the actual lever height during a rebuild. Just wondering if this is normal?

I don't believe the lever height is supposed to be adjustable.
It is a set height determined by the tab angle.
Screwing in the seat will effect the height but the reg should lock up before this becomes obvious.

Thanks that is kind of what I thought, there is a lever height adjustment it is just so small either way before it locks up that it seemed weird to me. The manual says to lower it until it is about 4mm below the case but if you go ANY further it locks up and if you go to far in the othe direction it locks up as well.
