Very close magnified examination of this fish strongly suggests that this is a common Goldfish, the kind they sell in pet stores. It probably was released by some kid who grew tired of cleaning its bowl and dumped it in the ocean. If you look closely you can see a small piece of blue plastic gravel embedded in its caudal peduncle. Somehow it has managed to survive the osmotic challanges it had to face, and has found a niche for itself on the reef.
