It is, I guess someone was tired of their lawn ornament.

Hyperlimits even saw a horse down there, but I missed it.

Well It sucks you diddnt get to see any octo.. I was there yeasterday and we found 3 dens, all fully grown.. If you go back you should try the shallow wasll to the left, its right off the shore no swimming... theres an octo den there and the dive is only like 40 ft...

a horse... wow! ...how deep did they go?

This thread is from a few years ago, but I'm assuming that the horse is still there. It's a floating plastic rocking horse tethered to the bottom. Maybe someone got bored of looking at the fish and wolfeels.
