Yes I saw this last week. It appears that Zeagle has joined the ranks of Scubapro, USD, Sherwood, and most of the other major players with a recall of their own.
If your reg was manufactured this year or the first stage has been rebuilt this year there is a possiblity that you have a questionable HP seat. Your LDS/service tech can quickly verify this.
It seems that they jumped on this quickly, (rather than waiting for the usual bureaucracy), trying to maintain customer support.
