Zeagle Stiletto Cam Buckle cracked.

Thanks Scott for the offer. I have read alot about Zeagle's great customer service and your last post is evident of that. I had already contacted Gene. For a small fee and shipping a new buckle should be at my house in a few days. I am the last one to try and fudge a warrenty claim when it was clearly owner/operator error not workmanship just to save a few bucks.

No worries, buddy! I'm sure Capt. Gene will take good care of you!

All of the things that I mentioned above are reasons that people have tried to claim warranty in the past...and there are probably a few other funny ones that I have forgotten! The guy with the rats and the guy with the lawnmower are two of my all time favorites!
