Thanks Scott for the offer. I have read alot about Zeagle's great customer service and your last post is evident of that. I had already contacted Gene. For a small fee and shipping a new buckle should be at my house in a few days. I am the last one to try and fudge a warrenty claim when it was clearly owner/operator error not workmanship just to save a few bucks.
