It appears that the long awaited Zeiss 50mm macro for NEX will arrive around February, 2014 at a cost of over $1000.00. It will in fact be a 1:1 lens and a bit long at 8.6cm.

I love it. It's form and design and optics are final. The firmware is not so focus was sloooooow. But it's amazing and the same size as the 16-70. And if your thinking of taking off the filter threading good luck it is very low and close to the lens!
