I had a great time at my first Springfest. Really enjoyed meeting Carloyn and hearing about her shark adventures. Great to see Payrsa & Matt again and to meet Denise, Kracken, YAF, Bamamedic. Thanks to DJ Johnny Mac for the great music. That was real cute telling us you were going to play cupid shuffle again, and changing it to "I like big butts" after we all got up there. I had a blast dancing with Carolyn, Paige, Rita and others. Carolyn sang so well, I didn't even realize it was karoake at first. Thanks to Carolyn for the Bahama Mamas and to everyone for all the great food.

Once again, a HUGE thanks to Shane, Andrea and the staff of Vortex for hosting Spring Spring-Fest II !!! Needless to say, it can't be done without them. And a very personal thanks to Shane and Andrea from YAF and myself.

Another thanks goes out to DJ Johnny Mac for providing the revelry!!!.

Although we didn't have the turnout we had last Spring Fest, it was fabulous none the less.

The weather was absolutely splendid . . . and Bug Man wasn't flooded out.

The amount of food that was prepared by such wonderfully competent chefs was stupifying and the flavors and tastes a virtual cornucopia of epicurean delights.

What ScubaBoard members were not able to be present was made up for by non-ScubaBoard members (who we hope will soon be ScubaBoard members) who were eagerly invited to join the festivities by S/B members.

I'd like to thank all of you for making the non-members feel so welcome. Because of you I'm sure we will see our ranks grow!

As always, it was good to see, once again, familiar faces and delightful to meet new ones.

I'm sure photos, once processed, will start to appear very soon.

Well, now on to VORTOBERFEST V !!!!
