Has anyone ever dived during an eclipse?

Here where I live (Reunion Island, Indian Ocean) we have a 97% annular solar eclipse tomorrow (Thursday 1st September). If weather conditions hold we're heading out to sea, will watch the maximum at 2:10pm local time on the boat, then slip into the water for a dive. We'll have 'dusk' from about 12:20pm til 3:40pm.
