did he feel any chest pain, difficulty breathing? remember that asthma is respiratory condition (the lungs). would like to hear more about this dive & what you did (like descent/ascent rate etc) i HOPE it's nothing dangerous like CO toxicity

any divers with asthma care to share your experience in diving? i am asthmatic but it has never bothered me for about 20 years now. i've been down to 150ft with no worries

well, NudeDiver basically covered it all for you. in our coast guard, we "preventative maintenance" so we clean our gear after EVERY use (if we plan to do a repet dive, then we just rinse). you also have to stick to the gear's manual, they may require additional stuff for cleaning/storing.

and maybe a headache- i like this rule, but i'd take the wife along to have some food ready when i'm done
