thanks for the tip. My wife bought the package through Sea Dwellers for me for Christmas. I just emailed them to see if I could come down a day earlier and do my AOW training over the 3 diving days. That way I don't have to worry about a guide or buddy.

Just got back from Beaches in Turks and Caicos where I completed my OW training. Great all-inclusive resort, with plenty to do for everyone. Scuba included, one & two tank dives daily. Great reef 10 minute walk up the beach you can snorkel out to with nurse sharks, turtles and eels. Kids...

Well, I bought and brought a 3mil full suit. Never wore it, but now I have it, along with my C -card :)

I just got back on 12/3. 81 at depth. Most wore shorties, no full suits, I wore bathing suit and short sleeve rash guard and was fine, but I'm a bit warm blooded.

At $10/day for rental sounds like I might as well get my own, at least a cheap one. I'll see what they have at the dive shop where I go for the contained water dives. I assume at least that I won't need a hood or gloves down there? Already have booties.

P.S. I do realize I can ask Beaches if they provide that. But I know sometimes places say they have something only to find out they don't or there's limited availability, so thought I'd check here first. Tx.
