It's like anything you will always have those that will say things that are not how the majority are. If indeed they were DIR, I don't believe they were, but they would be one of the few that have that kind of attitude. I have been on this board for about 7 months and not seen any DIR folks...

I like the BAUE site a lot… I think I am real close to were it should be. I can touch the top of the back plate and from the looks of it I have all the D-rings in the right place. I know that the shoulder straps will still need to be adjusted since I do not have an exposure suit yet...

I'm getting there on the adjustments but it's not easy for someone that has never had a BP and wing setup. I wish the Bozo that sold me this could have help with the adjustments :D I would like to know if you cut the waist band's extra length off, If not, what do you do with the extra...

Just received my two new halcyon wings!!!! for me and the wife. Now all I have to do is figure out how to adjust them and put the mc storage pack on. Also is there a way to adjust the crotch strap or do I need to get a longer one.

Like Matt I was not taught trim in my OW class I do understand some of the concept but I have never figured out what arching your back has to do with trim. Please explain why this is important for good trim.

He said that it would be impossible for them to come off with your arm or neck in the dry suit. Something about having to collapse the whole wrist or neck seal to be able to change them out. That would be hard if you are in it.

DUI is the one that is comming out with this at this time so I would have to say only for DUI suits.

Just back from DUI demo days this weekend and had some good dives in a dry suit. When I went to Dinner on Saturday night that DUI gives I heard some interesting news about neck and wrist seals. They are going to be user replaceable and can be done in about two minutes. Should be available...

I would like to hear more about this and who told you this so we can get both sides of the story.

I just looked on the Discovery Channels program guide two weeks ago and it was there. I check again to make sure I had the date and time right and it's no longer on there program guide. :(
