and i was wondering which would be most recommended for diving
additionally - how much can i expect to pay for diving - i have no equipment except snorkelling gear
thanks a lot for any help
i read that...
wow - thats deep huh? I feel fairly comfortable with bouyancy control - why would that be an issue Headers? because of the stalactites? - but 120 feet (about 30 something metres right?) is about as far as I go anyways - I am not an advanced diver
but thanks for the information - I would at...
why didnt you like the mainland? Not nice? dangerous? 3rd world-y?
I was planning to dive on ambergris but do some travelling around the country a bit - check out some eco stuff and some mayan ruins.
Kamloops - lovely place.
I was conceived there - I kid you not : )
my mom and dad lived there before they had me haha
anyways - welcome again and get out there and start diving!!
why is it tricky? I mean - i just assume that you would go a bit down the side and sort of swim around in.. the abyss? I gathered that you wouldnt be going down really far. Weird.. now it kinda freaks me out just thinking about it hahaha...
so... is it really worth checking out? i have it on...
thanks a TONNE! that was some great information. I may well be getting in touch with you again before summer comes to recommend a good dive shop and sites
thanks - and have a great day!
Ahh - you are actually IN belize. Is it good "beach" weather then too? My parents and I are looking at the Captain Morgan resort for a week or two and they prefer hanging out on the beach or going for walks and such - so bad, rainy weather would make them very miserable haha
additionally - how...
ICK. sea lice? never heard of that before. But I have had my fair share of jellyfish stings - especially when I was in Indonesia - off Lombok. Hmm. Thanks for all the really great information - I think I may have my family convinced. Does everyone think that Belize is a better choice than...
floater - u rock! thanks for the great information - in fact, i am going to print that off and look around.
unfortunately - i have no luck with ebay - nobody wants to ship to turkey - and mostly likely... it would get "lost" if someone did.

well.. i guess i am not really going to asia asia.. i am actually headed to India this friday. no diving this time since I just could not get my act together to make it out to the islands. I am just going to hit the beach and relax - yay!

cheers to you too dennis - got it all figured out now
and just re-read yours more carefully and realized you were saying exactly the same thing.
i understand now. thanks
and i will take your advice about just trying things on. the choice will then be to decide whether to buy both a long and...
ahhh haa - thanks soo much drew - that makes sense! I know that I have often used a 5mm in the red sea. and 3/2 must be what i usually use in summer in asia.
thanks so much for clearing that up for me.
cheers!
thanks dennis - i may try and buy a suit here in Turkey - but the import tax is insane - I am going to be in Asia in a week as well.. and may try and buy there. If not, maybe i will do it when I get back to Canada this summer.
you still did not explain the 3/2 to me.. i get the mm thickness...
thanks for the answers u 2
can i ask a few questions though?
1. what did you mean by not a lot beachwise? in that there is not a lot of beach to hangout on and lie around on? not a sunbathing place? bc of the sand? or becuase of the rain?
2. why was diving the blue hole a bad idea, headers...
oh hey cool.. you are from saskatchewan - grew up there : )

I admit - I have no idea what you mean by 3/2.

thanks
