We're flying to Roatan this summer on a Wednesday. DFW to IAH to RTB. Same for the return. Hope you have a great trip. Dive Safe.
 
I've flown solo on taca airlines via San Salvador...I had no issues at all, and I'm a 6' tall blonde girl, I stick out like a sore thumb amongst the average population of Central Americans! :) . All my gear arrived with me in Roatan as well. My only gripe about my particular flight was that they kept the plane sub artic temps, difficult to try and get some sleep on my overnight flight when I was fighting hypothermia - I'm planning on heading to Utila in October...this time I'll bring a blanket!
