15 days in Philippines/Micronesia late Dec- early Jan where to dive ?

Go to cebu province.
You can do malapascua for thresher sharks, mantas, and even hammerheads during the colder months. Do not skip gato island .
Then go to moalboal to catch the sardine run and watch tuna and sharks feed on them. Don't forget to check out the turtle homes and if you're lucky you can see around ten turtles in a day.
After that head on over to oslob to dive with whale sharks as they swim around you and play with you.
End your stay in mactan and see hundreds of giant grouper and sweetlips and lots of rays. Don't forget to ask your guide to take you to the underwater plane wreck and the macro photography sites.
That's all in cebu, just one province down South. Easily accessible from Manila. You could literally stay a month there and not see half of what there is to see.
