At a 994 low pressure, it will be lucky to achieve 40mph sustained winds.
Total rainfall will be the wild card for the rivers .
PS> NOAA don't knowa, Always trust the Euro model !!

Intensity models seem to think strong tropical storm to a cat 1.

But that might mean it could easily stall and piss rain down.

Tropical Storm Debbie hit us in 2012 and flooded all the caves and a lots of homes.
The house across the river from me was flooded up to the rafters and my next door neighbors' house flooded a few feet inside. The river came close to shutting down the US Highway 27 bridge.

I was on a cave dive during Debbie, and it started to siphon juuussstttt a bit during the dive. Pretty neat.

We are still a few days out, but the models seem to agreeing on the eye coming ashore near Cedar key, which is further south than yesterday which had it at Apalachee Bay.

I was going to drive up Wednesday for a dive, going to move that forward to Tuesday.

Model tracks and intensity as of this morning.
