The plane crash was in the late 80's. The plane crashed in Lake Guntersville. No remains were recovered and the plane was never found. I believe this is the mystery plane you speak of.

I'm pretty sure I'm thinking of Smith Lake.... maybe there were two crashes in those seperate locations about that time



Now of the subject of new dive spots around Madison. The the lagoon at Bridge Street is divable?


Ha! that would be funny. Do you think we coudl rent one of the Gondolas as a dive boat?

You could surface next to one of the other Gondolas and scare the crap out of someone. could be fun



For those who are wondering what Bridge Street lagoon is, it's a huge new shopping center done to make it look Italian that is centered around a lake and hotel complex that has Gondolas in it.
