Alexandria Egypt?

I will be in Alexandria in January, and have repeatedly emailed Alex-Dive. No success - plus the website hasn't been updated in years. Does anyone recommend a dive shop / private charter who can support divers and is authorized to dive on the historical sites in Alexandria?
