Last night at La Jolla, the water was still blue, with 6-10 ft vis in shallows. When I descended, I realized I was underweighted and thumbed the dive after about 6 min. Instead of adding a couple more lbs and heading back in, I chose to stay on land (waves were a little out of my comfort zone & the surface chop was making buddy nauseous). Figures- just as the water clears up, the surf picks up.. :34:
