Eat right: 5 servings of veggies & fruits, 2-3 servings of protein, some canola, olive, or safflower oil, plenty of fiber, and at least 6 glasses of water per day.

Exercise!

Then, once you got the healthy foods in, eat the not-so-healthy-but-you-still-can't-resist-them foods in moderation!
