To remove perspiration and mildew stains from a washable fabric, pre treat the garment by soaking it in an enzyme pre-soak product. Then, wash or sponge the area with a solution of heavy-duty liquid detergent and water. You may also treat the discoloration of fresh stains with a weak solution of colorless, clear ammonia and water. Treat old stains with a white vinegar solution.
If the stain or odor persists, don't put the garment in a dryer and don't iron it. Heat will set the stain. Instead, soak the garment overnight in a warm salt solution that contains three-fourths tablespoon of salt for each quart of water. Then, rinse it again. If the stain still persists, treat it with a three percent solution of hydrogen peroxide and let it stand for another fifteen or twenty minutes. Rinse the garment and launder it. Repeat the process if necessary.

If mildew has already appeared on clothing or household fabrics, remove the spots as soon as you discover them. Mold can weaken materials. Begin by brushing off mold outdoors so you don't scatter mildew spores in the house. On washable fabrics, pre treat by rubbing detergent into the dampened stain. Then, launder the items in hot water, detergent and chlorine bleach, if it is safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, sponge it with hydrogen peroxide, rinse and launder. If the item isn't bleach-safe, soak it in an oxygen bleach that is safe for colors, then wash it. Take non-washable fabrics to the dry cleaners and tell them what the stain is.

Never Dry neoprene in the dryer you will ruin it.
