Sculpin those are veryu veryu good(aslong as you dont let them sting you) just put some lemon pepper seasoning on and pan fry mmm. sheephead are another great fish, you can take the jaws and make cool necklaces out of them after you let some ants clean the flesh off.

dungenuss crab is great if your in the north west.

Pescador...what a post. I have passed the Sacramento Reef many times in the past six years coming back from Marlin fishing off Santa Maria and Mag Bay. I hope to dive that area someday. Are you a bill fisherman?

Heh I just had some sheephead and some bass tonight (yesterday's catch) both cooked in same way and pan.... The sheephead was almost totally lacking flavor but the bass was much better and i dont like fishy fish. Oh and the bass I think it was a spotted sand bass.
