ANyone know a good lobster diving spot in Santa Barbara

Lobster opening season is coming soon and I was wondering if any pros here know a good spot to dive for Lobster in Santa Barbara. Im pretty much limited to beach dive and cant really afford a boat. Thank you in advance.
