Hey Todd,
I always get nightmares with underwater creatures in them...now thank to this post, my nightmares databank in my head has another vision to work with...great !!!!

Doesn't stuff like that make you think; may be creatures like these somehow came to earth as frozen bacterias in meteors from space and evolved in water!!!

My network at work won't let me see that website, but it looks like a smooth lumpsucker (Aptocyclus ventricosus) by this website. This was also one of the few websites that actually listed PNW as an area to find these ugly buggers.
