The reason I ask is that I have the (much) older non-USM lens and I cannot get the camera (6D) to focus with an INON-165-M67 diopter on the bench. I’ve tried all reasonable distances between the diopter and camera

Before I purchase yet another lens, confirmation that it will work would be “nice”

Yes, I upgraded to a USM EF100 and it will focus through the diopter

which flip up holder and which diopter?
I have a 5d mkii and aquatica gear.
Ikelite housing with 3D printed flip holder, INON-165-M67 diopter
