If you were thinking about getting an Apple Ultra 2, best get it ASAP. The US ITC has issued an import ban on the Ultra 2 and Series 9 watches due to a patent dispute with a company that makes blood O2 sensors used in these two watches. This is for the US only.

I'm guessing that Apple settles this one pretty soon. You'll still be able to purchase the W9 or AWU2 from any retailer (while stocks last).

They screwed up, now Apple has to pay. Deservedly so too.
