This is a very nice device to take on dive trips in remote areas. Not only good for the land part of your trip, it floats and is waterproof to 30 ft so you can also take it on a boat with no problem. Wherever you are stranded, a satellite connection will relay your GPS location and alert local search and rescue people to look for you with the 406mHz beacon.

This PLB is in like new condition. It has 1 year 4 months left on the original five year battery after which it needs to be sent in to have a new one installed.
