Hi All,

UK diver, new to this board.

Going to Aruba in February and looking to get in a few dives but my partner doesnt dive so I will be looking for a buddy.

We are staying in the Holiday Inn, Palm Beach and a quick trawl through previous posts throws up Native and Clive Paula as being good operators.

I emailed Clive and it looks as if his boat is still out of action and got no reply from Native.

Any personnel recommendations? No looking to be shepherded around just fancy dropping in on a few wrecks if poss.

Any info welcomed.

Cheers

TT

I always use Romeo at Native Divers. The best way to get hold of him is to phone him. They don't usually check their emails.

Did Clive give you any idea when his boat will be ready? I'm scheduled to dive with him during mid-March. Hopefully the repairs will be completed by the end of the month, or I'll have to reschedule our dives.

Thanks

Bill

Hi Funland111,

He emailed me and said it should have been back in the water by now but the latest view is that it wouldn't be ready before the 3rd week in February.

But then you know how it is with boats and repairs!

i am going to aurba in march 8 - 15 and looking for a shop as well. what are the web pages for the 2 shops mention so far. and do any buddy know about a shop near baby beach

Hi Mpscubatoytech

Sorry but cant post the URLs (not enough posts) but you can easily google both "native divers" and "divearuba"

I think JADS have a place near Baby Beach

Try googling "JADS aruba"

JADS is ON Baby Beach and they are a great bunch of folks.
