AVID CQR-3 Serial Number?

I'm trying to register my AVID CQR-3 BCD online and it's asking for a serial number. I looked all over the BCD but can't find one. Is it actually on the BCD somewhere and I missed it?

At the rear of the BCD there is an opening below the right side pocket...under the trim weight pouch. There should be a tag tucked inside with the serial number printed.
