I am 6'4 and 220lbs. My normal shirt size is a large tall and chest is about a 43. Overall the wetsuit fits very nicely. Not too tight but just snug. Since I have only used it a few times the neoprene is not fully stretched to my size. I rarely got much water after each dive which was nice to keep me warm.
