I'm a Fish!
Have overhauled my Bauer Junior II, and fitted new Lawrence Factor valves on 2nd and 3rd stage.

Have start tested the compressor without valves to check 1st stage and all great.

Then I installed the new valves and started the compressor when surprising noted the 1st stage safety valve blowing and if interim filter drain closed the compressor was getting extreme load with evident reduction of rpm.

Obviously something wrong with the valves….

(I noticed that the LF valves are much harder to open/close)

Did anyone experienced such an issue? Any hints?
