Check out the Sea & Sea Closeout page. They had complete previous generation DSLR systems there (Bodys w/ housing) for pretty cheap - slightly used (i.e. for demos in a pool). LINK.
I just checked and right now there's a Nikon D200 w/ housing for $2350 and a Canon 400D/Rebel XTi w/ housing for $1750. Neither comes with ports or lenses.
