My butt looks pretty big underwater...would that count?
That is hilarious! I've never seen cuddlefish's butt underwater but I've seen several very large Manta and three whalesharks on one 4day dive cruise in the Andaman.

We also got to see a lot of little critters too.

It's possible that you DID see the elusive cuddlefish butt...as it was in the Andaman islands in the early/mid 1990's. I'd have to think to hard to come up with the exact year right now.

I'm going to pull out some of my old log books and see if I ever listed a "cuddlefish butt". It may have been the same time I saw a whale shark and I may have missed the "cuddlefish butt", maybe even the second and third time as well.
