boat dives in monterey?

hi all, glad i found this board just for the swell info available at chuck's site. the mrs and i have just gotten into cold water diving this year and have been down to monterey each of the last 6 weekends for dives. we've just been doing shore dives from the monterey video and haven't done any boat dives because we don't get down there before 7:30 am on saturday. since this weekend is a 3 day holiday, we're going to spend a few nights and try and get out on some boats. anyone got any reccomendations as to better boats to check availability? thx in advance fo your help.

My favorite is the Cypress Sea. Onboard nitrox and all crew members are divers unlike some boats. Have you seen this site?

I boat dive and shore dive Monterey very frequently. Most dive boats are very good and knowledgeable. However, I must say I would recommend the Monterey Express. CApt. Tim is a great guy and his crew is outstanding.
