We were fortunate to be able to visit Bonaire again a few weeks ago (4/3 – 4/17) and stayed at the Coral Paradise Resort (Coral Paradise Bonaire Resort - Top Rated Scuba Diving Resort). This was our third trip to Bonaire and our second stay at the Coral Paradise Resort (CPR). We also introduced two other couples we know to Bonaire and CPR. Kenny & Margaret again were great hosts and they have also hired Brenda recently to help with all of the daily items and she was great as well. The property is still in like new condition and they recently had the chain link fence between Captain Don’s and CPR replaced with the same fence that is on the remainder of the property which looks very nice and adds a finishing touch.

We can still honestly say that we will stay again at the Coral Paradise Resort on our next trip to Bonaire and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. They are conveniently located next to Captain Don’s and the Hamlet Oasis and just up the street from Buddy Dive. Their package deals are very reasonable and can arrange the package with either Captain Don’s or Buddy Dive for the diving portion. You can walk to either place or take a short drive. They also have a nice shop with many new items along with the T-shirts/Hats that Margaret embroiders and are a very nice reminder of your stay at CPR. Ultimately, you get any benefits of a big resort without having to stay at a big resort!

We also had the A/B rental truck booked directly with Coral Paradise Resort which made that process easy as you have a pre-arranged taxi pick you up at the airport when you arrive and take you to the resort where your truck either is already waiting for you or will shortly arrive. You then just drop the truck off at the Car Rental Center across from the airport when you leave.

We enjoyed our daily pool breaks and just relaxing and chatting with Brenda/Kenny/Margaret and the other guests. We also cooked quite a few of our own meals this trip by grilling on the barbecue at CPR which also was nice after a long day of diving where you don’t necessarily feel like going out for dinner and can just relax there and hang out by the pool.

We highly recommend staying at Coral Paradise Resort when you go to Bonaire and know you will not be disappointed. We can't wait until our next trip sometime in 2011 (or hopefully sooner!) to visit Bonaire and stay again at CPR. Feel free to contact us with any questions that you have.
