I have been reading that people find assembling the housing/poppet/flow deflector/lever etc for the C370 difficult to grasp (eg here Scubapro C370 service manual? ). That was one of the reasons deterring me from servicing my reg earlier (leading to some issues: Rusty C370 sleeve ).

Once I did it though, I realized that it is nothing too complicated. It seems to me that the difficulty is how to describe these on paper and not the procedure itself.
