Ivy Lea is posted no diving from July 10th (?) until October. I saw the sign on th 24 weekend when we were there,

I haven't been there yet this year; but last year they banned casual day visits by divers, however, if you were camping there you were allowed to dive from the beach and dock areas.

well I'll stop in Saturday on my way to Belleville and get a straight answer.
Obviously it's not a government campground if you expect a straight answer. :wink:
 
There's a KOA right in mallorytown, just before brockville that I have used multiple times.

Nice place, clean showers, tidy and fairly quiet.
(at least until *I* get there.... LOL)
