So, you can use the short port with a WA Lens only between 40mm and 90mm (equivalent)?
At 40mm it is perfect?
Using the Dyron W24 lens that means +/- only a equivalent of 26mm underwater!!! (40mm x 1,3 x 0,5 = 26mm = +/- 80º )
The Ikelite W-20 Wide-Angle Lens is about 21mm equivalent (90º!!!)

In my view, the problem is that with the short port Dyron we can use also a macro lens; And that is not possible with the ikelite (yet).

Sorry, my last post have a rong statement about the ikelite lens:

I´m meant that the Ikelite WD-4 conversion dome for the G10 is about 28mm underwater (+/-75º).
