To be honest even the times at least for Grand Cayman are not correct. The ships come in around 7 and leave at 4 (for those on that specific schedule) but guests are tendered on and off the ships. Not a cruiser but I believe you can request an early tender on some lines, however, if you just line up, you might not get off until 10 and if you wait until even 3 p.m. to line up for the tender to take you back to the ship, you are probably going to be standing on line for quite a while. No one is actually on the island from 7 a.m to 4 p.m!
