Chamber Day
Contributor
We are off and running the momentum is just starting to kick in. We are quite happy today to welcome two more Gold-level donors to the fold.
First up is longtime Chamber supporter Pacific Wilderness with a $1000 donation. Not only are they at the Gold level, but they also have TWO tables this year (up from a single table last year) at Chamber Eve at the Aquarium of the Pacific.
And we are delighted to welcome a new Gold Sponsor this year in the persona of Rick Moore who checked when asked how he know of Chamber Day, "Referred by a friend." That underscores the basic premise of the Challenge, which is that YOU help us spread the word and "challenge" your friends to support our Chamber.
We also have a grammatical change to make in that I mis-spelled Dr. Jeff Sipsey's name last week. Jeff was the Medical Director for the Chamber for many years, retired in early 2014, and then sadly passed away at the end of the last year after a brief illness. We will be doing some sort of a tribute to Jeff during Chamber Evening.
So who's next? Our next big milestone will be $10,000? Who's willing to help us get there?
