Hi guys have a compair 5405 on 3 phase looking to convert to single phase. Has anyone had experience with this? Cheers

Conversion is relatively simple by replacing the three phase motor with a single phase motor of the same size --probably a 5 HP -- A three phase magnetic starter can be used by installing a jumper from T2 to L3 on the magnetic starter. The motor is connected to T1 and T3 Incoming electric power is connected to L1 and L2.
