I just got hooked on freediving and I want to take some courses. Preferably on Cuba, either Dec/Jan or March. Anyone who has some recommendations?

I am also grateful for all recommendations on nice freediving spots on Cuba.

As regards courses, I could go somewhere else but I want to be somewhere where I can practice Spanish or Arabic.
