I've been to Cozumel for the last 5 years in October --- with the exception of last year. It's a slower time and you can get much better rates, the diving is great and people are really happy for the business during the slow months.

Now, maybe I've gotten lucky... but I've never had more than one rainy day on any of these trips!

Me too. We are going again at the end of October. I try to plan our Coz trips at the "end" of hurricane season, but it's still considered "low season" and lower prices. It's still pretty darned hot, :mostlysun and so far we've been lucky. After last years hurricanes we did buy trip insurance for this one. It looks like PJC will have lots of company for his/her October trip.:pumpkin:
