I have done Key Largo and Nassau... Don't know how much difference between Key Largo and Key West, but between those two I would pick Nassau far above the other.

Are you boarding the cruise from Cape Canaveral? If so, I'd take the dive in Bahamas. You'll have enough time for a dive; head to Stuart Cove's you'll have a good time.
