Some of my favorite shore dives - roughly from West to East. Most have an on-site operator for tank rentals, lunch etc.
Playa Kalki/Alice in Wonderland - IMO the best shore dive there. Go West Diving on-site for tanks etc.
Playa Jeremi - good dive, no facilities at all
Playa Lagun - usually see turtles - nice beach also. Discover Dive on-site.
Porto Mari - good double reef - also a locals beach. Porto Mari watersports on-site.
Nos Kas in Coral Estates - formerly Habitat Curacao - I've read you're able to get by the security hut to dive there since the resort is under renovation.
The dive is just off it's steps - the dock is probably still there. There's a group of CE residents who still dive it but last I heard the shop hadn't re-opened.
Varsenbaai - pontoon boat wreck at 80', we found seahorses at 40' by the marker ball and turtles in 6' south of the dock. Also squid under it.
Tugboat - the better part of this dive is the wall around the south point. Dive it, maybe the pier if no ship is moored then do your safety stop on the boat (20' deep) Dive school on-site but iirc we brought our own tanks.
Cas Abao is supposed to be a good dive also. More options:
Scuba Shore Diving Site Listing for: Curacao, ABC Islands
Expect to pay a small usage fee (in guilders/dollars) at most sites - it pays for whatever improvements are there.
The boat dive not to miss is Watamula. It's west past Westpunt. Among others Go West Diving does it weekly.
Another option is the Dolphin Dive at the Seaquarium. You get about 30-40 mins. in the water with 2-3 dolphins.
Just offshore from Ocean Encounters main location. $200pp.
All the nightlife is in/near Willemstad. Farther out west it's too quiet/underpopulated.
