DC dryglove suit connectors storage?

I have a question on drysuit storage. I have latex seals with the DC
dryglove system. Should you leave the suit connector in, or take them out for storage.
I’m not sure what is harder on the latex seals? Pulling them on & off, or just leaving them in?
What’s everyone thoughts on this?

I use mine year round. If I wasn't using them, I'd take them out for sure.
